"The Family of Light Holistic Center is a veritable oasis in Brooklyn.  All of the teachers at the Family of Light Holistic Center, from the yoga and meditation classes, to the reiki and aromatherapy classes, are compassionate, supportive, and have a wealth of knowledge to offer students.  Each person that walks into the center is not merely treated as a client by the staff, but rather, is respected as a whole human being, and as such, each person receives the kind of nurturing support that is very rare in the plethora of yoga studios and healing centers found in the world today.  Family of Light Holistic Center has been not only a place to go for classes to re-energize, but a resource center for learning energetic, healing and balancing techniques.  After a year of regularly attending yoga, meditation, reiki, and aromatherapy classes at the center, I feel empowered by the skills I have gained.  The things I have learned have enhanced the continuous flow of joy, balance, and abundance in my life, as well as helped me to manifest some of my most important professional and personal goals.  I recommend the Family of Light Holistic Center for anyone interested in alternative and holistic healing.  It's a true gem!"
